The Service is an online Vastu Shastra analysis tool that allows users to upload a floor plan, apply various Vastu analysis tools (such as a compass, grids, and zones), and export an analysis report. The features available depends upon the user's selected payment option.
You retain all ownership rights to the floor plan images and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We do not store your floor plans on our servers. All processing is done within your browser. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service's functionality to you during your active session.
Certain features of the Service are only available through paid plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described. Payments are processed via a third-party service, and you agree to their terms and conditions. Plan features are subject to change.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vaishali Architects and its licensors. Our brand, logo, and the application's design are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Vastu analysis, suggestions, and reports generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, or Vastu consultation from a qualified expert. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or analysis provided by the Service. Your use of the Service is solely at your own risk.
In no event shall Vaishali Architects, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
